Previously
A deadly virus affecting both organics and robotics swept the northern sectors of the Galaxy, sparking a war between the afflicted and the remaining factions. After nearly a year of defensive battles and co-ordinated operations, the war finally ended at the Battle of Ruin. The end of the war saw increased relations between the GSU, Imperium and Santori as they all agreed on a two year ceasefire to mend the damages caused by the crisis.

After these two years the factions signed the Santori Accords, an agreement proclaiming their united efforts to uphold Celestial law, including the protection of innocent life in case of another galactic threat. Following this meeting the Highrock Clans decided to join the Santori Protectorate, expanding their territory by almost double.

Whilst each planet has their own personal Dates and Times, most of them adhere to the Galactic Standard Calendar when communicating with eachother.

Current Events
The Reich, a returning faction of magic-haters, resurface and initiate a purge of the planet Ordriey, destroying it entirely in the process. This event has made all of the Major Factions uneasy, even though each of them has bigger concerns of their own. Not only are there issues for these powers to deal with, but more factions are rising from the ashes of the Helix War, populating the galaxy once again.

Meanwhile, the Celestial Architect Sam'anar has discovered a way to reverse large parts of the Convergence, sending back many of the planets it had brought into the galaxy. Whilst this move has saved many from unwanted threats, it has also shifted the layout of the galaxy drastically. Because of this, new star-charts have been drawn out with Hyperlanes, allowing them to show the quickest and safest routes between planets.

Crow would walk through the desert careful not to get any sand in her boots. She’d tug at her cloak a bit shading her eyes from the sun. “Yaviern?” She’d whine. “Do you have any snacks?” She’d ask hungrily taking a sip of her water. “How much longer are we gonna be out here?” She’d say looking around for any sign of the missing caravan. They weren’t sent to the desert on a mission to find a caravan. Specifically a supplies caravan sent to the city. There were no reports of it ever arriving, but they had never sent a distress call for help.

Ding. The elevator opened queueing the scientist inside to step out. He took a drink of his coffee as he walked over to the automatic door. It scanned his image permitting clearance before it slid open. He’d walk inside yawning a bit as he moved over to his desk. “How are things?” He’d ask another man as he set his stuff down. “Horrible. The only thing this gun is good for is laser tag.” The other would would say fiddling with a rifle. “I mean at home Chris.” He would respond walking over to the table. “Fine Tom.” He’d say handing him the rifle and moving over to another table. “The wife says I spend too much time down in this lab, but there’s nothing I can do about that until we finish with this gun. Oh and the new lenses and scopes we requested are here. I was waiting for you to get here to install them.” He’d say coming back to the table with a small box. Chris would pull out one of the lenses bending it a bit. “These things are pretty flexible good for the mode change. I’ve been promised they won’t stiffen when the beam heats them. Hopefully these things work I’m getting tired of cleaning up broken lenses.” He’d say as he began passing lenses to Tom. “Here’s the main lense, and these are the secondary lenses.” He’d say to Tom setting them down. “Give me a minute to get these things fitted in here.” Tom would say as he began to fit the lenses into place in the barrel of the rifle. After he finished he would fix the barrel back onto the rifle. “Let’s get this tested out.” He would say walking into a test room. He’d set the rifle down on a table and press a small button before moving into another room. After a few minutes a man in a Guard uniform would enter the test room. Tom would press a button and begin speaking over the loud speaker. “Please fire a shot into target one’s chest.” He’d say. The man picked up the rifle holding the trigger down for a few seconds before releasing it. A blue five centimeter beam shot out of the barrel of the gun hitting the target dummy in the chest. Chris entered the room examining the dummy. “Hmm just scorching no penetration of the external layer.” He would say walking over to the Guard. Tom would enter the room as well inspecting the rifle. “Hmm maybe we should concentrate the beam into a smaller diameter using the lenses. This is the “precision mode” He would say adjusting some of the lenses of the gun.

Lévi strolled out of the large black wooden doors shortly before they swung back shut. He sighed taking out his silver pocket watch, and looking at the time. It wasn’t that the person he was waiting on was late. More that he had arrived quite early. Fifteen minutes early to be specific due only to a habit. He put his pocket watch back in his pocket taking in the view of his surroundings. He looked over the dark yard resting his eyes on the large black fence surrounding it. The peaks of the fence seemed to glisten similar to stars in the moonlight. He smiled sitting down on the old dusty bench hanging from the porches roof. It creaked loudly as the rusted chains moved under his weight. He leaned to his right reaching towards a bush of red roses which resided just beyond the old rails of the porch. He giggled as he pricked his finger on one of its thorns. His dark red blood mixed onto one of the roses as he caressed it with his finger. Though it seemingly disappeared into the Lévi knew it wasn’t that simple. As he thought to himself the toxic nature of his blood took effect causing the rose to wither black. “Hmm how unfortunate.” He said looking around the yard at the plethora of white and red roses. “Hmm...” He said quietly laying back into the bench. He sat deep in thought as the cool, gentle night air blew through his hair. He opened his eyes as his felt a small ticking sensation on his hand. He leaned up slightly looking at the purple and black spider on his hand. “Hmm what’s wrong my child? Is there something you want to show me?” He asked it. It responded by tapping its legs on his hand. He smiled a third spider-like eye appearing on his forehead. He was then met with the view of the hallway leading up to the doorway. The spider moved down in its web a bit giving Lévi a better view of the hallway. “Ah I see,” He said the eye disappearing from his forehead. “It appears she’s here, and right on time.” He said looking at his pocket watch again with a smile. He stood and looked up at the full moon in the sky. “Tonight’s a nice night for a stroll.”

Name: Lévi
Species: Demon
Age: Very old exact age is unknown
Faction: Leamas Phelomephistes
Alignment: Evil

-------------------

Strengths
Close Combat- Lévi is skilled with close combat as well as being quite strong from being a demon.

Strong willed- Lévi is strong willed and works for himself and not another being. This is quite useful as being a demon would usually mean working for someone stronger than you.

Magic skill- Lévi has great skills with magic polished over his incredibly long life. These skills include fire magic as well as mind manipulation magic.

Combat intelligence- Lévi is quite smart when it comes to fighting.

Pain- Lévi finds pain to be a fun experience meaning that when fighting getting hurt will rarely bother him.

Underlings- Lévi has quite a few demon underlings that he can put to work. This is simply because he is a relatively strong demon, and that is paired with his mind controlling powers. Those two things combined has allowed him to gather a large following of loyal demons.

Weaknesses
Demon weaknesses- Lévi has the standard demons weaknesses which include weakness to holy and purge magic.

Demon form- In his demon form he is slower and more primal. Usually he gives more into his primal rage when fighting. This can cause problems for him as primal rage isn’t always a good thing.

Spider legs- When in human his spider legs can only regenerate as long they haven’t been burnt or cut completely off.

Pain- Since he finds happiness in pain he can be reckless in battle as getting wounded doesn’t bother him that much.

Spiders- Lévi’s link with his spiders is so intense that hurting one of them also puts Lévi in extreme pain. Not only that but unlinke other forms of pain Lévi hates this with an incredible passion. Taking enough pain this way causes him to turn into his demon form and enter a state of primal rage.

-------------------

Equipment
A set of six knives which he keeps in his jacket.

Powers
Mind control- Can control people’s minds through telepathic means. *limited to NPCs and player characters with permission*

Telekinesis- Can move objects using only his mind.

Pyromancy- Has some skill with pyromancy as he is a demon.

Spider powers- Can see through the eyes of his spiders. Also when in human form can grow eight spider legs from his back for multiple uses. I.e walking and fighting.

Demon form- In his spider demon form he is larger, stronger and has a bit stronger pyromancy. He also has the ability to use sticky spider webs in this form.

History
During the Demonic Crusade Lévi was a high ranked underling to another demon. Though he no longer remembers that demons name he remembers his power quite well. After the defeat of his master he broke off the control of his power and gained his own free will. With his freedom he quickly left the Crusade leaving the certain defeat the demons faced. He stayed in hiding for quite a while training his strengths. After the end of the crusade Lévi possessed the body of a wealthy human. He quickly took full control of the body which caused it to grow spider legs from its back. Having been discovered by his hosts staff he killed them all. He fed their remains to his spiders, and hired new staff after using mind control to convince the authorities of his innocence. Over time he grew his powers while living life as a human. After quite some time he began making trips back to the Remnant Sector swaying demons to follow him. Each time he gained a new demon he would have the posses a member of his house staff. After some time his entire staff was comprised of possessed humans. This allowed him to make more frequent trips bringing back more demons and housing them in a hidden basement area. After he had a large enough following of demons he moved locations. The group moved around many places using a ship which was purchased using almost all of the money his host body had left. After traveling for a while they eventually settled on a planet named Calibrimdor. They’re reason for this was the amount of corruption Lévi could feel on the planet. He thought it would make a good place to set down his little “business.”
